Vendor Guidelines:
- Provide your own tents, tables, and chairs.
- PinkFest is an outdoor event; consider bringing a canopy for shade and weather protection (maximum size: 10 x 10).
- Need more space? Book additional booth spots.
- Vendor placements are on a first-come, first-serve basis.
- Ensure your offerings align with our event's purpose; approval is at the coordinator's discretion.
Vendor Fee: $150.00
(Note: Your vendor spot is secured only upon payment and completed application. Incomplete applications with payment are considered donations to Blossoming Butterfly, Inc. and are non-refundable.)
